I'm Reopening to Queries in October

Hi friends,

I have been closed to queries since late February, as some of you are aware. I know I said I was reopening in the summer, and it is currently the end of summer, and well, I'm sorry. I had over 5,000 queries in my inbox and I just couldn't get through them any faster. You don't really want me to do it faster anyway, even if that meant less waiting. This part of the job takes time, and I don't have a lot of that as a matter of course.
