When Do Agents Turn into Ghosts?

Question time!

E asks: How long should I wait before assuming an agent with my full has ghosted me? A few agents who requested my full never followed up (some at close to six months now).

Yeah, sigh. I know six months is a long time to wait for a response. I have absolutely had queries and fulls for longer than six months. I don’t know how many of those I went on to offer representation, but it’s not zero.
