Oh wow but also, glad you're on the mend and the branch didn't knock the humor out of you ;-)

Did you ever hear of Clifton strength?

It was a big revelation to me, especially with those questions about feeling 'you have to be productive.'

For ex I'm a Nr7 achiever (which makes no sense now but bear with me) so I have to make lists to feel better. Only a ticked item is a good item (beside the fact three more will fill up after ;-)

The very (very) short version would be: now you have to heal and rest, you have to put exactly this on your list.

1. nap

2. take a long shower

3. rest

4. work just a bit

5. nap

you get the idea.
