Sorry there was no Tuesday post this week.1 It’s coming! In the meantime, let’s answer some Qs!

K asks: I love your newsletter.  I have a question for you.  My debut novel was released in hardcover, but my publisher has decided not to move forward with the paperback version.  My book has sold over 5k copies.... wondering if this happens a lot?  They said they are keeping my career in mind, and want to push the hardcover version for now, but it's quite discouraging to see my fellow debut authors release their paperbacks...
